"Not a lot to pick from"
I stopped by because my friend had mentioned this place, but the selection felt limited. I was hoping for more options and didn’t really find much that caught my eye.

"So... delivery was okay"
So... the delivery was fine overall, just not as quick as I was hoping. It showed up a few days later than expected, and the tracking didn’t really update much along the way. The package did arrive in good condition, but I definitely wish the shipping had been a bit faster.

"Easy to browse, but the wait was annoying"
The site was easy to look around and I didn’t have any trouble finding what I needed. Checkout was clear too, which I appreciated. The only frustrating part was waiting longer than I expected, so that kind of took away from the overall experience

"Not as sharp as I hoped..."
The knife looks good and the shipping was fine, so I was excited to try it out... but the sharpness just wasn’t what I expected.
I used it on onions and some meat, and it felt a little dull almost right away. After a few uses I ended up sharpening it myself, which was disappointing for the price. It’s not awful... but I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

"Refund was really too slow"
I had kind of a bad experience trying to return my order. The item just wasn’t what I thought it would be, so I emailed them asking how to send it back. The replies came slow and were not very clear, like I had to guess a bit. After I returned it, I still had to message them a few times about where my refund was. It did come in the end, but it took way longer than it should have. I don’t think I’ll order from them again.

"Broke way too fast"
I only used it a few times before the blade started getting loose. I even went back and checked my receipt email because I couldn’t believe how little time had passed since I bought it. I expected it to last a lot longer, so I’m disappointed.

"Felt really let down by the support"
I left feeling frustrated. I reached out hoping customer service would help me sort things out, but it felt like they didn’t really care or want to make it right. When support is that unhelpful, it just makes me not want to go back.

"First impression was solid for the price"
When I first opened the package, my immediate thought was that it looked about right for what I paid. Nothing fancy, but not cheap-looking either. Shipping was smooth and the packaging was basic, which was fine with me. After using the knife a bit, I’d say the quality is decent, just not anything amazing. Overall, the value feels fair, and I’d probably consider buying again if it was on sale.

"Decent knife, shipping was kind of slow"
I ordered a kitchen knife from mastercutlery.co.jp, it showed up in good condition and looked pretty much like the pictures. The knife feels solid enough for the price, so I don’t really have any complaints about the product itself.

The delivery just took longer than I thought it would, and the tracking wasn’t super helpful. Customer support did get back to me, but it took a bit. Overall it was an okay experience, I might order again if I’m not in a rush.

"Had a feeling it wouldn’t hold up"
I didn’t use the blade for anything heavy, but it got dull quickly and even chipped after just light use. i kind of had a bad feeling about it early on, and unfortunately it didn’t prove me wrong.

"I was ready to order, but then..."
I was ready to order, but then I saw the shipping cost and it just felt way too high for what it was. Kind of made the whole thing not really worth it.

"Nice handmade feel, but maybe a bit rushed"
The blade definitely has that handmade quality, which I liked, but it felt like a few finishing touches were skipped. Nothing major, just some small rough edges that made me wonder if it was sent out a little too quickly...

"Not what I expected when it arrived"
I was expecting the package to show up in decent shape, but the box arrived badly crushed. The item itself may be okay, but the packaging definitely didn’t look like it was handled well.
